HRT se sigue moviendo para mejorar el equipo de cara al año que viene.La última moticia en este sentido es la contratación de Jorg Zander, diseñador para equipos como Williams, BMW Sauber, Honda y Brawn GP. Su contratación se debe al proceso de mejora que quieren emprender con el nuevo chasis, que está por ver todavía si conservará algo del HRT de este año, el F111.Y es que uno de los motivos por los que quieren empezar con un chasis nuevo es porque según le dijo Willis a Luies Pérez-Sala, el chasis Dallara es un chasis que ya tiene 2 años a sus espaldas y tiene ciertas limitaciónes que comprometen seriamente las evoluciones aerodinámicas que se le pueden efectuar.Hay varias teoría acerca de ese nuevo chasis, una de ellas el que se diseñará por la propia HRT...otras, cuando haya más información, la comentaremos.
De momento, este nuevo fichaje viene a reforzar el departamento que más lo necesita.El C.V. de Jorg es bastante impresionante por los equipos en los que ha estado (el más destacado, Brawn Gp, donde colaboró para crear el coche campeón junto con otro miembro que ya trabaja en HRT, Paul White), pero no obstante también llama la atención el corto tiempo que tendía a pasar en cada equipo.Esperemos que en el caso de HRT la cosa cambie.Parece no obstante que una de las fuentes de contratación de nuevo personal va a ser lo que antes fue Brawn Gp, el cual no es un mal sitio para pescar personal precisamente (recordemos que tienen un acuerdo para usar sus instalaciones del túnel del viento de lo que es la actual Mercedes GP).Uno de los enlaces para su contratación ha sido Jacky Eeckelaert. que trabajó anteriormente con él. Well traveled F1 designer Jorg Zander was spotted with the HRT team at Monza, and the German is said to have agreed to join the Spanish-owned outfit.Zander has a busy CV after a series of moves between different teams. After gaining experience in Toyota road cars he first came into the sport working for Keke Rosberg’s DTM team. He then joined the Toyota Le Mans project before moving into F1 with the Japanese company.
He switched to BAR in 2002 and became chief designer at Williams in late 2005, only to leave early the following year to join BMW Sauber in a similar role.
His stay with the Swiss team was again a short one, and he soon returned to the renamed Honda team in the role of deputy technical director, staying until the middle of the Brawn GP season in 2009. More recently has been working on the Audi LMP1 project, and thus he lives close to HRT’s German base.
Zander has previously worked with HRT engineering chief Jacky Eeckelaert.

Jörg Zander (born February 15, 1964 in Ratingen) is a German Formula One car chief designer.
Zander graduated from Cologne University in 1990 before joining Toyota. After a brief period working in Touring Cars he returned to Toyota to work on the Formula One project and in 2003 moved to the BAR Formula One team.
In September 2005, Zander was recruited by the Williams team to replace outgoing Chief Designer Gavin Fisher who was sacked earlier in the year as a result of the team's poor performances. Zander worked alongside Chief Aerodynamicist Loïc Bigois, under the supervision of Technical Director Sam Michael.
In March 2006, Zander resigned from the Williams team due to personal reasons, and immediately joined the BMW Sauber team as Chief Designer, accountable to Technical Director Willy Rampf.
In July 2007, it was announced he had agreed to join the Honda Racing F1. Zander was immediately suspended and then joined Honda.[1] Zander continued in his role with the Brawn GP team, following the management buy-out in March 2009 of the Honda F1 operation, but left the team on 19 June 2009.[2]
